15th Moscow International Oil and Gas Exhibition / MIOGE 2018

Oil and Gas Exhibition / MIOGE 2018: 500 participants, 20,000 sq. m. area, 55 business events
On 18–21 June 2018 IEC Crocus Expo, Moscow, for the 15th time will host the largest international exhibition of oil and gas equipment and technologies “Oil and Gas” / MIOGE. The organiser of this event is ITE Group of Companies, the leader of exhibition events arrangement in Russia.

For a quarter of a century exhibition “Oil and Gas” / MIOGE is an important work area for specialists of oil and gas industry, an effective tool for increasing sales volume and expanding sales geographies for oil and gas equipment. The exhibition is attended by more than 20 thousand specialists from all oil and gas producing regions of Russia and the CIS and more than 50 countries.

This year the total area of the exhibition covers 20,000 square meter, it is participated by around 500 companies from 30 countries.

Among attendees there are famous Russian and foreign manufacturers of oil and gas equipment and technologies: Gazprom • Tatneft Vympel • Draeger • Intera • MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC • NewTech Services • UEC (United Engine Corporation)• UMC (United Metallurgical Company) • Packer Tools • REP Holding • Schneider Electric • NTW TEMPO (Naberezhnochelninsky Tube Works) • Fort Dialogue • Elemer and many others. The exhibition was also widely represented by key Chinese companies: CNPC, SINOPEC, HONGHUA, HUAWEI and collective expositions of Xinjiang and Sichuan provinces.

Among exhibition sponsors are Schneider Electric and Gazprom Stroy TEK Salavat. The official partner on Information and communication technology is HUAWEI.

For the first time many Russian domiciled companies participated in the exhibition and the congress with financial support of Russian Export Center, which has indemnified them from 50 to 80 % of the total cost of participation.

Altai Krai will present a collective exposition of the region enterprises with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Altai Krai. Within the exposition “Istochnik Plus”, “Reduction and Cooling Plants”, Production Association company “Spetsautomatica”, “Altaisky Himprom”, “Altai Diesel Plant” and “Altaigeomash” will demonstrate their equipment.

Tyumen Oblast with the support of Export Center and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tyumen Oblast will also present a collective exposition of the region enterprises, composed of expositions of Service company “GEOPLAST 2007”, Bentec, Inoma, Sibpromkomplekt and Federal State Budget Institution of Higher Education “Tyumen Industrial University”, which will present drilling rigs and oil and gas equipment of their own production, materials for prevention and localization of oil and oil products spill, tubes with heat-insulation and rust protection coating for oil and gas sector and things.

The visitors will have a look at a broad range of novelties of oil and gas equipment, which will be demonstrated at the companies' stands.

NewTech Services at its stand will present equipment for bed protection from contamination in the process of well workover as well as other equipment – swelling packer and self-unit module with continuous seismic data recording NRU 1CTM.

Intera professionals will tell at their stand about advantages of drilling rig motors Ward Leonard (USA), stabbing valves (IBOP) Hi-Kalibre Equipment (Canada) and electrical service loops NOV (VARCO) TDS-11SA.
The following technical novelties will be demonstrated at RivalKom stand: level gage LGB, level switch LLS and level transmitter LLT.

Business program

Russian Petroleum and Gas Congress / RPGC, which annually gathers together over 1,000 delegates and 120 speakers from 40 countries, will be traditionally held simultaneously with MIOGE exhibition. This year over 55 events will be held within Technical Programme of the Exhibition and Russian Petroleum and Gas Congress / RPGC 2018.

Important advantage of “OIL & GAS” Exhibition / MIOGE, according to the industry experts, is the extensive Technical Programme for professionals, which this year is held in conference halls, built directly in the exhibition area.
In 2018 the Technical Programme includes 10 thematic blocks ranging from geological exploration and the development of oil and gas fields to education, career and communications issues in oil and gas industry.

Professionals in oil sector will get an excellent opportunity to expand their professional knowledge, taking part in 45 conferences, engineering tool-box meeting, masterclasses, technical sessions, organized with the support of the leading Russian and international industry organizations, including: Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Rosgeo, VNIIGAZ, NII Transneft LLC, Skolkovo Foundation, the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers / EAGE, the Euro-Asian Geophysical Society / EAGO, the Association of Drilling Contractors, the Foundation for Development of Tube Industry, the International Society of Automation / ISA, the Artificial Oil Lifting Panel, the Russian Association of Pump Manufacturers / RAPM, the Intervention and Coiled Tubing Association, the Science and Industry Valve Association, TEK-Torg e-market place and other industry leaders.

The majority of the exhibition Technical Programme events are free for professionals.

The Russian Petroleum and Gas Congress / RPGC 2018, the country's premier international forum of professionals in oil sector, is traditionally held within the exhibition. A poll of key players of Russian oil and gas market found that the Congress was recognized the best among industry events in category “Petroleum and Gas Congresses and Forums”.
The Congress events are divided by theme into the Oil Day and the Gas Day and into two parallel streams. This year the congress is attended by over 100 speakers and 1,000 delegates from Russian and international oil and gas industries, sector ministries and professional associations.

On 18 June the following plenary meetings will held: “Russia's role in the global oil and gas business” and “Prospecting, exploration and production of oil in Russia: adaptation to new operating conditions”, which will be attended by the Deputy Minister for Energy of the Russian Federation Pavel Sorokin, the Chairman of the State Duma Committee of Energy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Pavel Zavalny, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Vasiliy Osmakov and other industry experts.

In the course of the first plenary meeting British Petroleum's Chief Economist for Russia and CIS, Vice-President for External Affairs BP Vladimir Drebentsov will present annual global report “BP – Statistical Review of World Energy (issue 2018)”.

On 19 June – the Gas Day – plenary meetings 3 and 4 and expert discussions on themes “Russian gas industry: development strategy. New field development projects” and “Diversification of Russian gas markets. Most important projects being implemented” will be held. Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy LLC Alexander Koryakin, the Head of Russia and the World Energy Complex Research Department of the Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vyacheslav Kulagin, the Director of Moscow Oil & Gas Center Ernst & Young Denis Borisov and other experts will deliver their presentations.

Within RPGC Forum “Development of hydrocarbon resources of the Russian shelf” the Director of GECON LLC and the Member of the Scientific Council under the Security Council of the Russian Federation Mikhail Grigoryev, the Head of Department of Scientific and Technical Support of Marine Projects of Corporate Research and Technology Center for Offshore Oil & Gas Resources Development of Gazprom VNIIGAZ LLC Marat Mansurov, Deputy General Director for legal, corporate and property matters at Gazprom Neft Shelf LLC Rustam Romanenkov and other industry professionals will touch on topical issues, in particular, construction of the first exploration and appraisal well in Ayashsky license area in the Sea of Okhotsk, production forecasts of hydrocarbon crude in arctic zone of Russia and assignment of transportation among various types of vehicles and will discuss issues of new oil and gas fields development.
