The manual consists of two parts:
1) Information part
This part contains technical information about the forthcoming exhibition, stand construction regulations, dates and deadlines and other information that can be useful during the exhibition preparation period.

2) Technical services order forms
You can order additional services by filling in an order form. Scanned copies of filled in forms should be send to the e-mail address provided at the top of the order form. Please use your PC to fill in the fields on the forms. Guidance on filling the forms can be downloaded using the link located lower on this page. If you are unable to fill the forms in on your PC, forms filled in by hand are also accepted, but please make sure that you use our guide to fill in the forms correctly. Only correctly filled in forms are accepted.

Guide to filling in technical services forms
According to the Space Application Contract, the Participant can place an order for indoor space only or equipped space.
If the Participant has placed an order for an equipped space, we build a standard stand, consisting of perimeter walls, carpet, frieze panel with company name on the open side of the stand, trash cans and a certain set of furniture, lighting and other equipment (filling depends on sq.m. of the stand). Please refer to your copy of the participation Agreement to find out the basic equipment of the stand.
If the Participant has placed an order for indoor space only, the Participant makes self-building of his stand, or entrusts it to a third party — the stand-builder company.
In case of self-building, it is necessary to take into account the requirements of ITE Group to design stands, electrical, plumbing, fire protection requirements, which can be find in the information part of Exhibitors Manual.
